For 12 large or 24 small muffins
100g dark chocolate
300g strawberry jam or whatever you have
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
For the glaze:
50ml whipping cream
150g cream cheese
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare tray cupcakes with 12 sockets with paper baskets.
Start with glaze.
Heat the cream in a saucepan gently, do not let it boil, add the chocolate and stir until melted, let cool.
Cold cream mixed with cream cheese in the fridge and go home until we need it.
The oil is heated on low heat until completely melted, add the chocolate. Let melt, take off from the heat and warm until the mixture and put sugar.
Transfer in a deep bowl, let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each slightly.
If you use sweet with large fruit blend or mash with a fork.
I used strawberry jam, lightly mash with a fork.
So we add the sweet, stirring.
Finally, flour, which of course are sifting all the dry ingredients.
Spread mixture into the wells of the tray, bake 20-25 minutes.
Once they are ready to take out the grill to cool completely and glaze.
